Recruiters - Agreement

AGREEMENT

Here at The Test Camp, Our Mission is to Empower Test Confidence. Our community of Recruiters understand and agree to the following.

Responsibilities
Recruiters are expected to understand and promote our services and programs, and look for ways to improve the Camper Experience.

Standards
Recruiters maintain a high degree of educational professionalism.

Knowledge
Recruiters register for and experience the TTC services promoted.

Resources
Recruiters create and distribute information about our services. Resources might include both electronic & hard-copy resources including, but not limited to, business cards, fliers, brochures, and social media posts.

Delivery
Recruiters may set up promotional displays at events or conferences. Lessons learned are shared with colleagues.

Development
Recruiters attend a periodic online forum to learn about, and share, ways to publicize passcodes and improve the camper experience.

Reviews
Recruiters meet with Business Director or designee every quarter (90-days). Recommendations for extending Recruiters agreements are presented to, and reviewed by, the Board of Advisors.
