WE can remove a bug if ...

(1) ... you can describe what you saw ... and where.
For example:  Misspelled word, Social Science - Identify: Level 01
You can also send a screenshot using the "Report a Bug" form
found in the bottom right corner of each activity & exercise.

  (2) ... you can describe your device and browser.
What device and operating system (OS) are you using?
For example: iPhone, Android ... MacOS, Windows 10, 11.

What web browser you are using? 
   For example: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.
   (TTC works best on Chrome)

YOU might remove a bug if ...

... you clear your browser’s cache.
This can help prevent or fix performance issues.
It can also help you determine if website issues
are caused by your browser or the website itself.
Here's how to clear cache in different browsers.

Google Chrome
Open Chrome

Click the Customize and Control icon
(three vertical dots) in the top right corner

Hover over More Tools
Click Clear Browsing Data
Select a time range
Check the boxes for the types of information you want to remove
Click Delete data
Close all Chrome windows and restart the browser

Safari
Select Clear History from the Safari menu

Choose a time range
Click Clear History

Internet Explorer, Edge, or Mozilla Firefox
Open a new tab

Close all other tabs and windows
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously to open the appropriate window
Choose a time range
Select the types of information you want to remove
Click Delete
Close the browser and restart it
